Ensuring hand was fitted correctly
Sath was excellent ensuring my hand was fitted correctly with glove and brace. Friendly and very professional. He explained my restrictions thoroughly. He shared my excitement on improvement

Concerns were recognised
I feel that my concerns were recognised, options for management discussed, and realistic expectations for outcome were offered.
