Covid-19 update
From Friday 4th November
As of Friday 4th November, the WA Government has ended the WA State Emergency and Public Health State of Emergency order. It is no longer compulsory to wear a mask in any Hand Works clinic locations. This applies to both staff and patients.
Mask wearing is always optional and it is still recommended, if you are unwell, to test and isolate. Please do not attend your appointment at Hand Works if you are unwell.
What measures are we taking to ensure our patients and staff safety?
- All our staff comply with vaccination requirements;
- Our staff practice infection control procedures and use PPE to keep themselves and the patients they care for safe;
- We practice regular cleaning, including all patient contact surfaces and equipment;
- Telehealth appointments are available to those patients deemed suitable;
Seeking treatment for your hand injury in a timely manner is imperative to achieving the best outcome. Our therapists will be able to discuss your treatment options that suit your needs. This will prevent risk of you developing complications such as persistent pain, weakness and stiffness, if your condition is left untreated.
