Stuart Wilson – Clinical Coordinator

IMG_0325_edited-2Stuart commenced at Hand Works OT in October 2010 and is currently employed as the Clinical Coordinator.

He completed a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at Curtin University and, prior to entering private practice, gained experience within the public health system.

Stuart is a full member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association (AHTA) and actively participates in the OT Australia WA Hand Interest Group. He currently holds a position on the Australian Hand Therapy Association Divisional Representative Sub-Committee and is a Committee member for the AHTA Annual Conference Perth 2015. Stuart is also involved as a Clinical Supervisor to 4th year Curtin University Honours students.

Stuart has experience treating a range of acute and chronic hand and upper limb injuries / conditions and has a particular interest in nerve injury diagnosis and treatment. Stuart’s current role includes coordination of the professional development and clinical skillset of Hand Works staff. He also acts as a Coordinator for university and work experience students.
